Apple and french-style fresh cheese crumble

  • French-Style Fresh Cheese Plain
  • FOR THE PASTRY:
  • 2/3 cup of flour
  • 1 1/3 cup of oatmeal
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • ½ cup of soft butter
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • According to your taste add some cranberries
  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of RIVIERA FRENCH-STYLE FRESH CHEESE PLAIN
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsps of cornstarch
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • 5 cups of apple cut into 1 cm pieces

Preparation: 20 minutes / Baking: 45 minutes / Servings: 8

  1. Set the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the pastry ingredients together.
  3. Press half the pastry mix into the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the egg.
  5. Add the French-Style fresh cheese plain, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Mix.
  6. Add apple to the bowl. Mix.
  7. Pour filling onto the pastry in an ovenproof dish. Even out.
  8. Press the rest of the pastry onto the dish.
  9. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
