Greek Caramel Yogourt And Fruit Crunchies

  • GMO-free Greek Caramel Yogourt
  • 1/4 cup of Greek caramel yogourt and 3/4 cup of Riviera Greek plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of white chocolate, grated
  • 1/4 cup coconut, grated

Preparation: 10 minutes / Servings: 12

  1. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, cocoa powder and honey. Next, spread the mixture on the baking sheet to obtain a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Layer with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Put in the freezer for 1 hour, then cut into squares or simply break them into pieces. Use a sealed container to store them in the freezer.
