Vanilla Panna Cotta

  • French-Style Fresh Cheese Vanilla
  • 500 g of Riviera vanilla French-Style Fresh Cheese
  • 500 g of 15% cream
  • 50 g of castor sugar (fruit sugar)
  • 10 g of plain gelatin (5 sheets)

Preparation: 15 minutes / Baking: 3 minutes / Servings: 4

  1. Heat the cream, French-style fresh cheese and sugar without boiling.
  2. Remove from heat, and add gelatin once it has been swollen with water.
  3. Mix thoroughly and pour into small jars or verrines and let them cool for at least 12 h.
  4. Serve with: seasonal fruit coulis, chocolate sauce, or fresh fruit.
  5. Let your imagination, or your cravings, run free.
