Varennes, Quebec, April 07th, 2022 - Maison Riviera, a leader in dairy products since 1920, is innovating by offering its first line of lactose-free spreadable goat cheese in a reusable glass jar.

Skillfully blendind our traditionnal know-how and culinary trends, Maison Riviera is proud to offer a new collection of goat cheese spreads to enhance your dishes, snacks and receptions.

Made in Québec and certified Aliments du Québec*, our spreadable goat cheese is lactose free and contains 3 grams of protein per 30 g serving. It is a source of vitamin A and is low in cholesterol and sodium. Add to that its fresh, delicate taste and you'll discover another good reason to bring it to your table!

The goat cheese spread comes in three irresistible flavours in a 125 g format: plain, bruschetta, basil and chive.

The texture is creamy, rich, smooth and easy to spread. The bruschetta and basil and chive flavours contain real pieces of tomato and fine herbs to complete your sensory experience. The nose is characterized by aromas of goat cheese, fresh lactic cream for the plain version, fine herbs for the basil and chive flavour and finally tomato and fine herbs for the bruschetta flavour. The mouth is fresh and velvety with great finesse!
