About the Goat Cheddar cheese:

Smooth, subtle and slightly acidic, Riviera’s goat cheddar is an ideal cheese to start with when trying to get used to its particular taste. Unripened and firm, it is made from 100% local goat milk.

Completely natural and lactose free, it is also an ideal option for people intolerant to bovine proteins. It is a delicate cheddar which, thanks to its beautiful white colour, will seduce the finest palates.
