Caesar salad and parmesan style shredeed

Caesar salad : 2 to 4 servings

Preparation time : 15 minutes

Ingredients :

Croutons :
* 2 cups French bread, cut into cubes
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* ½ tsp dried herbs

Salad :
* Romaine lettuce, chopped
* ⅓ cup parmesan style shreeded

Dressing :
* ½ cup vegan or regular mayonnaise
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* ½ tsp Dijon mustard
* Salt and pepper

Preparation :
* Preheat oven to 400°F
* Put bread cubes in a bowl and add oil. Mix well
* Spread on a cookie sheet and roast for 8 to 10 minutes in the oven
* Mix all ingredients for dressing
* Place salad in a bowl, add dressing, toss, and add your parmesan style shredded and croutons.
